You need to provide more details for anyone to help. No need to post several posts of the same question.

K-3 can take almost 1 year.

same for CR-1.

You don't say your filing date or your approval date or anything like that. Need more infos.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

You can find normal processing times for I-130 petitions for your service center here:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

It is usually 5 months from your first notice date, though this may vary. Best of luck

Note that an interview will likely be scheduled 1-2 months after the I-130 petition approval, as documents need to be transferred to the beneficiary's country, new forms have to be sent in, and a medical must be attended.

These are average guides and can naturally vary. Check the progress reports forum for individual timelines.

Read these guides...they are found at the top of the page under guides...this shows the process and ive included the k3 flowchart so you can hopefully understand what steps have to be taken to get to the interview stage.... the notice you just received is the one that says they acknowledge your petition...now they have to review it and decide if its approvable...once its approved they send you a notice of approval but im not so familiar with k3...we did cr1

it has to be approved before you can get to interview stage...but idk if it goes thru NVC....

Hope that helped you

it was recieved may 16th.the website says it takes 5 months.

it posted twice on accident

Best way to understand the timing is to understand the process. To do that read the guides above.

Your petition will be processed by USCIS. You should get NOA 1 indicating they have it & your fee. Then about 5 to 6 months to get NOA 2 which is the approval of the petition. The petition is transfered to NVC ( National Visa Center ) for further processing that can take months. When approved the case is sent to the Embassy for review. That review can take weeks to months. Use other members timelines with similar cases to determin what the timing of your case will be. Keep in mind that you are dealing with Turkey where things can be delayed for seemingly unknown reasons such as AP ( admin processing ).

I doubt you will be interviewing 1 to 2 months after NOA 2. Overall you are looking at about 12 months.

K-3 has to AOS just like a K-1, inside the USA, but K-3 is a more expensive way to do it for a spouse.

Very true...that's why we did cr1.... but I wasn't sure if it also sat at NVC like we did for a month or went on to embassy like k1...either way she's looking at at least 8 months to a year...and if AP is involved a little bit longer....

But it doesnt matter the end result is what we are all hoping to have... :)
