Case is current. If no interview is scheduled perhaps an email asking to retain case class but entry needs to be before AGE 21.

Best luck - no need to cry.

Actually if the visa bulletin says Feb 15 and you are Feb 18th you are not current this month you may be next month. The date means all petitions filed BEFORE feb15th are current and yours was filed just after.

Question im about to turn 21 on july 16 my PD is FEB 18 2008 , I read Visa bulletin for july and is FEB 15 2008 how does this work HELP! :crying:

How long did it take USCIS to approve the I-130? The time it took USCIS to approve the I-130 is not counted against you. If it took 6 months, then you have an extra 6 months under CSPA; this means your CSPA age for immigration will still be under 21 until you turn 21 years and 6 months old. If it took 12 months, then you have an extra 12 months under CSPA; this means your CSPA age for immigration will still be under 21 until you turn 22 years old (21 + 1 year for USCIS to approve the I-130.)

In your case, it's very likely that your Priority Date will be current in the next few months. Your CSPA age will still be under 21. You will retain the F2a category.

I assume that you have already applied for an immigration visa by filing the DS-230. You have nothing to worry about as long as your CSPA age is under 21.
