Hello, I have been reading the guide that explains how to apply for AOS and I have a doubt. That guide says that "If you are a K-1, K-2, K-3 or K-4 visa holder the I-693 instructions state that you are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination." I had my medical in May and I will be filing for AOS in July. However, my question is how do I prove when I had my medical exam? Also, how do I prove that my medical examination was perfect and that my vaccination records are complete? When I entered the states, they kept my medical at the port of entry together with all the other papers that the embassy had put in the sealed envelope.I have read on some forums that some people were given a sheet with their vaccination records but nothing was given to me.As I said, they kept everything at the port of entry.Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I THINK you were supposed to take ur vaccination records and ask for that sheet when u went to the medical before the k1 interview. And then u could have taken that sheet to a Doctor in the states and get a transcrption for a few bucks.

You were supposed to have collected a copy of your vaccination record from your immigration medical.

This is then put into the AOS package.

If you do not have this then you may need to go to a civil surgeon and have the I-693 VACCINATION PORTION ONLY!! not a full medical only the vaccination part. Then you would include this with the AOS.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

The DS-3025 isn't "required" as part of AOS. If the medical is less than 12 months old, and the vaccinations are up-to-date then you don't need to send anything. It is generally suggested though that you send a copy of the DS-3025 as a reminder to USCIS that your medical was done for the K1. Sometimes that doesn't help you either.

Didn't say required. I said OP may need to go get one.

You said if OP didn't have the DS-3025 he "might need to get the I-693 (vaccination only)". I was saying he doesn't need to get it as long as his medical and shots are still valid.
