Monday Monday...I don't care for them at all...lol.

Best part for me is I am not working today yaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Um...ok we have good news, husband got a call for job interview. He is so happy. It will be a busy day tomorrow as he starts school, goes back to the dentist and has the interview all in one day, whew.

Don't know what we will do about the SS card yet, as it has not arrived.

Weather here looks better. But I swear the fall came so quick. In August it was raining so much. And now the cooler weather is upon us too. I hope we can all afford our heating bills this winter. I for one took a few tips when I was in Maroc and now dress warmly even in the house. I keep the temp at 55 to conserve energy. I think husband is looking foward to the cold. Lol, we will see.

Okey dokey now ya all have a great day!!!

It's a rainy Monday morning in Chicagoland. Good day to clean house. Amal, glad your hubby liked the recipe. Yea, just kick him out of the kitchen. Kelly, you feeling better?

Where is Dawn and Andrea?

Jackie

Hi I'm here....What is this great recipe? Do I know it? Is it a secret?

I can totally relate to the crossing guard scenario! I had to go to the DMV today and theres a supervisor lady there now thats probably still thinking about me too. The security guy there was standing over me while we discussed her problem (which if you could see me you would know was not nessessary!) and they are just all so rude there. I wasn't escorted out or anything but it was really aggrivating to not get what I wanted. My story's not worth telling but I spent most of the late morning recovering from that interaction too.

Kelly, I hope you are felling better, too. You have been so sick all the time lately and kids are so nasty I don't know how you will ever get healthy again. I hope you are resting well when you are off work.

Jackie I am looking for a dinner idea now. whats this about a good recipie?

Lol...we did too! Ours was left overs from Red Lobster (lots of shrimp, salmon, rice and pasta with those great cheese biscuts). And I made corn on the cob (man he loves that stuff) and asparagus steamed with lemon. He asked me why I cooked the asparagus (???) since last night I was eating it raw. I just thought he would like to taste the difference in the two ways, I myself prefer it raw, some like it steamed.

Husband is learning the food here, but he sure has his dislikes. Doesn't like creamed beef or chicken with dumplings or soup from a can. Go figure who doesn't like Campbells? Lol.
