evidence to send

hey any help and advice here would be great.

probably need a little background, we got married a month or so before her 18th birthday and were going to file the AOS after her birthday to cover the support requirments.

we got married about a month and a half ago but only just got my SSN through so we havent managed to set up a joint bank account yet and as her bank account was a teen account we couldnt even just add me to her account.

we also live with her parents so there isnt a tenancy agreement with both our names on.

anyone have any idea what we can send for evidence of our marriage?

we have photos, wedding ring reciepts, and iv had to sign a few things for her school as her guardian if that might help?

were just getting worried about a lack of evidence here......please give any ideas or advice, thanks

We didn't send a smidgen of marriage evidence with the AOS except the proof that we married (marriage certificate.) We had no RFEs or interview. They don't require evidence up front. Gather what you can while you wait and provide it at the interview if you have one.

You don't need to send any evidence when you file. Save those for the interview, which will be in 2-3 months after filing so you still have time to prepare.

There's an AOS thread in my signature that tells you what documents are required. You don't send any evidence of relationship except the marriage certificate to prove you're married. If you get an AOS interview then you need to take bank account evidence and all that stuff but not when you're sending in the AOS docs.
