Using co-sponsor & collecting unemployment?

Ok so as of now i am going on unemployment until hopefully i can find a new job ASAP, I will be using my Brother in law to sponsor my Fiancee. Do i have to show at my fiancees interview i am collecting unemployment and if so will that look bad on her chances of being approved even if we are using a different sponsor?

If you have a cosponsor that meets the requirements, your financial status will not factor into the equation.

So i dont need ti fill out my own I-134? Also what docs will he need proof of citizenship is copy of birth certificate enough or should it be original?

i am almost the same boat except im not receiving unemployment benefits..

But we resched the visa interview just to be on the safe side but I am still unemployed and desperately looking for any kind of work.

From all i've read and heard from friends, attorneys its 50/50, case by case..

You will still need to fill out your own I-134, and a copy of his birth certificate is good.
