Hello and good luck to all!

My GC expires in August and i started to assamble my package. I thought lease, joint bank account, health insurance card, joint tax returns, our baby's birth certificate and some latest pictures would be enough for evidence of bona fide relationship. We also visited my family together in my country so i have the flight itenaries as well..Do you think these are enough? Do i need anything else? Do i need to get letters from our friends that also support our relationship?

Thank you!

you may not get an interview, so send them. print off photos onto paper, it makes it easier on the IO.

Your baby's BC and your traveling itenariry is the heavy weight. But with the USCIS, there is no such thing as sending in too much evidence. I shall be filing next month and donot intend to include affidavits or letters. They are a waste. In my case, joint bank statement, joint filing, and baby is sufficient proof from my side, along with some random pictures.

Good Luck!

Thanks so much all!

Saspk i think i won't send any affidavit either. may be i am wrong but I feel like it is too much work..

We went to my country to visit my family last 2 summers. I will attach both itenarires. We are also going to FL to visit his family on June 10th. so i will attach that itinery too. They should be good evidence.

Just a quick question:

Since we have a joint lease on our apartment, our landlord has been involved already in the lease document.

question:

Can He also write an affidavit stating that he knows we are genuinely living here as a couple?
