Her passport for the petition? no. It requires information about her but her passport isn't until she actually applies for the visa in her home country once the petition is approved.

No, your fiance will need it at the embassy, and valid for travel to the US, for at least 6 months.

Only her G-325A will be submitted in the I-129F petition.

The foreign fiancee carries their passport to the visa interview. When the visa is approved, it will be affixed to a page in the passport and returned to the applicant, so they can use it to travel to the USA.
