canadian wife is right...unless the package you want to send to NVC says PAID in the online payment portal and gives you a cover letter with barcode to print then you can't send it in. You can send in the AOS package if it is complete and says paid with the coverletter and barcode but it was only a few days between the two for us so we sent the packages together.

Correction. You need to provide a separate cover sheet for each packet. The cover sheets cannot be downloaded until after each bill has been paid. Probably what you meant but "each" is the keyword, not "both". Neither cover sheet shows you paid "both bills".

My wife emailed ds3032 before anything was paid..

All ended up good

That's normal. The OP was asking about sending the DS230, not the DS3032.
