Hello I'm new to this forum, and I have a few briefs questions to ask.

I was a June, 2011 filer, I have recieved my EAD card/ AP; I had done my biometrics, and it's been a month which is now October and I have yet to recieve my interview letter. My case is under the "VAWA". So my question to whom ever is; Is November the next cycle for the June 2011 filers?

How many of us from the May filing are still waiting for an interview or approval (or something of any sort that says they're still doing anything with our files)

Mine was transferred to CSC on June 29th and hasn't moved since.

I would do a service request if i was you. Your past the 4 months processing time frame.

We called the CSC a couple of weeks ago and the message stated that their "normal" processing time is 6 months from the transfer date. I assumed a rep would just tell me the same thing.

We had our AOS interview early this morning at the Albany NY Field Office. Our interpreter was still on the line to go through security when they called us. The agent said that we probably didn't need an interpreter so we could get started until she joined us. He only asked me about how my wife and I met, my employment, the timing of my divorce from my first wife and had I been living in the same residence as my first wife while we were going through the divorce. He only asked my wife the questions that were on the application for adjustment of status. We were out in about 40 minutes; most of the time spent there was while he was out of the office making copies. AOS approved.

So, I waited patiently until my cased was past the 6 months since transferred timeline. I managed to get through to a person on the phone who told me my file had been transferred to the Washington DC office for processing and that I had to "allow for their processing times" Washington is currently processing files from December 3, 2010. Why they bother to say on their transfer notice that they're transferring it to "speed up processing" is beyond me. There are people posting on here who filed in September who are getting their greencards.

I just came here to see if anybody else from CSC was still waiting. Our 6 month deadline is Monday so we'll be calling then.
