I just checked the USCIS website and my little blue dot moved and said approved after 6 months of nothing. :dance: Still no email though strange. Very excited! I cant wait to tell my girl!

Good luck to all still waiting. Looks like they are finally hitting late september apps regularly at this point

3/23/2011 Service request put in

3/30/2011 NOA2 finally!!!!

Congrats. Now on to the NVC. Start getting together all the AOS stuff now to save some time down the road. Tax transcripts especially as these can take a couple of weeks to arrive.

Good that the VSC is finally picking up steam and giving out approvals like before . Soon it will oct turn .Congrats .

01-17-2015 = N-400 packet sent (to P.O. Box Dallas via USPS Priority Mail)
01-21-2015 = N-400 packet delivered
01/25/2015 = E confirmation / Text received

November 12, 2010 - Received NOA1 from VSC.

November 23, 2010 - touched

May 12, 2011 - NOA2

May 19, 2011 - NVC received

June 1, 2011 - NVC file scanned and uploaded to Guangzhou

June 13, 2011 - P3 sent from GUZ

June 23, 2011 - P3 forms sent to GUZ (Did not receive the packet from GUZ yet)

June 28, 2011 - P3 received by GUZ

July 4, 2011 - P4 documents received

July 23,2011 - Medical

July 26,2011 - Document turn in

July 27,2011 - Interview - Approved !!

August 2, 2011 - Visa Issued

August 6, 2011 - Visa in Hand!

thanks guys. I have another question

When I set up my account on USCIS, I had a problem with it and to make a long story short I ended up submitting my information twice. I know it said if you submit it twice you wont get emails about updates. And sure enough they never emailed me about the NOA2.

So my question is how will I know when the NVC is done with my application? Is there something that will update that I can check? Or do they work off a different system and will email me anyway? I dont want to have to rely on calling them just to check if its done.

Served in Peace Corps in Mongolia as a volunteer English teacher May 2008- July 2010.

August 2009 - Met Khandaa

June 2010 - Proposed

July 2010 - Returned from Mongolia

August 28, 2010 - Applied to VSC K1 129-F

September 2, 2010 - NOA1 Received

October 7, 2010 - check cashed

NO WORD FROM VSC - MANY ATTEMPTS TO GATHER MORE INFORMATION

March 16, 2011 - Finally allowed to submit service requestt - (told to wait 30 days for reply)

March 28, 2011 - Service Request Denied. They have an incorrect filing date in their system (10.01.10). Searching for a way to rectify this.

May 2, 2011 - NOA2
