Hi. I did. and we have almost the same timeline. I dont have any updates whatsoever for now. I did get my AP already but I was not able to send it same time as the other docs and sent it later actually. I sent my I-131 last 03/03/11 and that's the first thing I got! but I realized though that I dont wanna use it coz I dont wanna risk not being able to go back here! I am wondering what's going on with the other cases too. It would have been better if they sent the EAD first.

well, i am hoping to get the interview letter and EAD soon so lets just keep our fingers crossed I guess...

Good luck to us! :)

Marrying an American and adjusting will forgive the overstay. However, in the process the person with overstay cannot use AP as their leaving the country will trigger their ban. They can only be safe to leave with a greencard in hand.

My wife included all of her employment (including the unauthorized stuff) on the G325-A, and had no issues. Her authorization basically ended 1 year after she was here, but she had worked consistently since her arrival, until we filed paperwork. At that point, she stopped working for a few months, until she got her work permit.
