These are the situations:

1.) Relative over age, married with kids.

2.) Another relative over age, now widowed with kids.

These are my questions:

1.) As a US Citizen;

- Can I file for my brother who is now married with kids?

- Can I file for my sister who is now a widow and has kids?

- Can widow sister bring kids to the US thru the same petition that I will file?

- Can my married brother his kids and wife to the US thru my petition?

- What's the Visa Category for that?

2.) Can my mother who is a Lawful Permanent Resident;

- File for her son who is married with kids

- File for daughter who is now a widow and has kids?

- Can widow daughter bring kids to the US thru the same petition filed by mom?

- Can son bring his kids and wife to the US thru mom's petition?

- What is the Visa Category for that?

HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU GUYS..

THANK YOU..

the only thing not mentioned is that the children have to be under 21, the brother's/sister's children.

if they have children over 21 now, they cannot be petitioned.

Expect a bit of a wait. For mom to petition the unmarried daughter from the Philippines it is about a twelve year wait. If she becomes a US citizen the wait increases to about sixteen years. For the married son she can only file when she becomes a citizen and the wait would be about nineteen years.

For you as a US citizen to petition brother/sister from the Philippines the wait is about twenty-two years.

No one can petition directly for a niece or nephew.

How old is your niece?

Is your niece's father still alive?
