I have a friend who will co sponsor who does meet the income requirement but i dont know if its even possible.

Im in the UK and i would be dealing with the London US Embassy

Co sponsors are allowed at London so as long as they make enough money you should be ok.

proverty guide line for two,18,378 with your 24k you should be ok show your pay stubs, they want to see the most recent year income,

well she has been working sorry since JAN 1st on a 24k annual job.

But i was worried because her most recent tax form shows she only filled 8k because of studies.

2011 tax form wont be done when we apply, (few weeks time) so i am not sure how to prove she is able to support me, she has only had the job 4 months ( i got it wrong before)

And anyone know if i can have a financial co sponsor for my application (my friend)

Take the cosponsor's form for insurance but if she's CURRENTLY earning enough it should not be needed. It is "current income" not "most current year" that carries the day unless it is "self employment".

How would one fill in a co sponsor form, what is the form number, also still looking at the k-1 guide im slightly confused, at what point do i submit financials.

Can i submit 2 sponsors, my girlfriend plus my friend?

If she makes $24k/yr and can prove it with paystubs (3-6 months) and a letter from an employer, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you decide you want to have someone co-sponsor, they will also fill out form I-134 (in addition to yours) and attach their documentation to it (paystubs, tax transcripts, employer letter) - all of which isn't needed until the interview.
