Marriage is hopefully on Saturday. or the next. Applied already for SSN but was told I need be in the States for at least 10days

Please what is the next stage for EAD & AoS? like The forms to fill for Green card or AoS or EAD..

Where do I get the doc/forms? are there other forms to fill ?

Assuming you entered the US on a K-1, you need to file an I-485 (the AOS application), an I-765 (EAD application) and an I-131 (AP application). You also need to fill out a G-325a (biographic information form). You will probably need to go to a local Civil Surgeon and get your vaccination information transcribed onto a Form I-693, whch will be put in a sealed envelope by the doctor. You include the sealed envelope with your other forms and documentation.

You find can examples of all of these forms in the "Example Forms" section above. Download the current versions of the blank forms from www.uscis.gov and fill them out like the examples here. [some people even do a rough draft or two with the forms, to make sure they're doing everything right.] Read and follow all of the USCIS instructions very carefully for additional documentation to include.

If at all possible, start this immediately, post-dating the forms for the day after the wedding. [Make at least one backup copy of everything for your records.] This way, the instant you get your last piece of required documentation - a certified copy of your marriage certificate, you can just slip it into the envelope and mail the whole thing off.

You want to get as much of the paperwork done as possible before the wedding, because you won't feel like dealing with it afterwards , and you do want to send it off as soon as humanly possible after the wedding.

You fill out the I-131, and include it and it's supporting documentation in the big envelope with the rest of your AOS forms.

They'll send you your AP document 6-8 weeks later.

Just fill out the I-131 like the example I-131 here and it'll go fine. I have never, in almost 3 years of reading and posting here, heard of an AP document being denied. Since you [presumably] have not and will not accumulate any out of status days, you'll be able to use it to reenter the US if you have to leave before your green card is approved.
