October 7, 2005 Waiting and waiting and waiting

October 11, 2005 NOA2 yeeeaaah we are approved

October 13, 2005 Petition left for NVC, where on our way now

October 14, 2005 Touched Again. I don't get it

October 17, Recieved NOA2 Via Snail mail

October 24, RecievedNVC case #

October 27, Petition Shipped to Embassy

October 31, Embassy received petition

November 1, Embassy called to set up fingerprint appointment

November 4, Fingerprint appointment

November 23, Fingerprint check results came in - Thumbs up

November 30, Fiance picks up packet 3

December 1, Medical exam

December 5, Call embassy to set up interview date

December 5, Pick up medical results

December 28, embassy tells us they screwed up

January 23, Interview date

january 23, Need a waiver 601 and 212

January 31, Turned in Waivers

Are you for real!?????????!!!!!!!!! I am confused....or maybe don't get your humor????

No Humour here. The worst thing is screw up flavour. Some are so bad, some are so good. Banana Whey Protein is awesome. Its so smooyth. And Easily dissolved in milk. It is like banana milk. Chocloate is runner up, but it is still worse then Choco milk.

Another thing to try - Yogurt. You but dry protein (Only Whey and only banana) and strirr it up. Then add Creatine and dextrse (Preferrably Grapefruct flavor). You can drink it. Taste, and especially texture are unbelievable. Very smooth. Need to try to believe.

Usually 1lb of plain Yougurt (Lucerne brand was the best so far - needs to be a bit sour) 4 scoops protein (80gr), 1 scoop Creatine. Mix. Could go without creatine, but a bit sugar or dextrose. (20-40 gr)

Decided to start friday rthread.

How is everything? How is everyones Ramadan?..

I have a recipe for a good protein drink.

Basicaly put protein (banana flavor) in milk. Shake.

And its like banana milk.

Shake thourely. Especially now.

there already was a friday thread smartie...and ramadan is until end of sept...
