Aw, dreamlife, don't do that... Don't listen to people who make fun of your spelling... It's not your native language and you're certainly not supposed to master it. Try and focus on the good things VJ's brought to you, rather than on the negative bits.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I really have no clue what you're referring to, but unfortunately, you have to have sort of a thick skin to post on any internet message board. I do try to only call someone out on their spelling or language if I really cannot understand what they're trying to say - but not everyone is like that.

Its not something everyone is can do - nor is it something that happens overnight. If you think its not for you, there is no shame in not posting anymore and fading off into the sunset - but 'announcing' that you're leaving is a bit dramatic.

Regardless, good luck on your visa journey.

Dreamlife,

Here is a little saying that is very useful at times like this.

F'em all, big and small!

It always makes me feel better when I say it! :P

Gupt,

It's not being a drama queen, I am sick of people making fun out of my spelling or mistakes instead of correcting them. Learning 3rd language is quite uneasy. Trust me you'll feel the same when people is going to make fun out of you. So peace to all of you and hope ewok is going delete my account and the posts as soon as possible. Thanks guys

Zane

Talk about throwing a tantrum, I don't let things like that get under my skin, I only speak 1 language and am learning another slowly.

About my policy about this, I never pick on others poor grammar, or spelling, I feel that I would not like that kind of treatment so I don't give that type of treatment. I feel that If I can understand what others are trying to say through the mistakes and poor grammar, that it is good enough for me, and will never pick on them for it. I know that many many posters to this board do not have english as their native language and am just happy to know that they worked hard to get to the point to communicate using a language that is foreign to them.

So I just feel that it just disrespectful to pick on the way any one writes.

This is a firm policy of mine when I exchange emails, and IM with my fiance!

Only if asked for grammar advise will I give it.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I understand where she is coming from. It is very easy to be ten feet tall when you are a "faceless" entity with no chance of coming face to face with the person you are flaming. I doubt anyone would say it to her face. There is a name to describe people like this. I believe it is called cowardice.

To those VJers here who were so mean and hurtful to Dreamlife, I ask you, "Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?" Think about it.

Flame me all you want. I can flame right back. We are ALL entitled to our opinions, we just don't have to be mean and nasty about it!

"Why can't we all just get along?" :D

I just tried to PM dreamlife and her account is already gone. Well done!

Who's been mean to him/her/it? I haven't seen anything at all that could be considered mean. Maybe all of us missed it. Please provide links to the offending posts so that we can be educated on this matter.

I just tried to PM dreamlife and her account is already gone. Well done!

Erm.....no. He/she/it changed her/his/its name to "Peace". Ergo, no PMs will go through to Dreamlife. Good jumping to conclusions though. Well done!

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
