On the I-134 number 7 it asks for my annual income~~ but the problem is i been in Korea for almost 3

years and i dont have a tax return paper for the last 2 years...i dont have a bank account open at the

moment so i dont have any money in the bank..just in cash at home >.<

What am i suppose to do here? Do i have to file another application for my mom? Shes currently in the

U.S. and has been working and has all the stuff they ask for #7

If i do file another application for my mom is there anything special im suppose to do?

and what if my mom doesnt make alot of money? are there things required? what is the minimum amount

of money needed in her bank account? i saw on the example form and they only listed their annual income..

is that all thats needed?

Thanks in advance ^^

What application is your mom doing?

Yes there is a REQUIRED amount to be making to be able to petition and or be a sponsor.

How many people are being sponsored how many in the house hold.

Who are you applying for what is going on? you don't make much scene with your question and there isn't much detail to help you out.

If you don't have US income, you'll need a co-sponsor...

2011 income requirements are here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Look at that to see if your mum's income qualifies based on her household size... 'not a lot of money' can vary from person to person. If she doens't earn enough, you will need to find someone who does, or ensure she has ample assets, as descirbed in the i-134.

Are you and your fiance going to live with your mom? Is your sister your moms dependent?

You are a USC you do not have anything filed for you.

If your mom does not meet the required income then no she cannot, she does not have to sponsor you, any family member or friend that makes the required income amount can.

No.. i plan on getting my own place when i go to America..so the household size is only 2 right?

does this mean i dont have to file for an I-134? is it only the co-sponsor? and if the co-sponsor

files the I-134 its only for my fiance right?

Sorry for being so hard headed =( just have a hard time figuring this out =(

You as the petitioner need to file an affidaivt of support regardless of income. If you do not meet the income requirements you may submit an I-134 from a joint sponsor. That person would have to meet the income requirement for their household plus the intending immigrant. For you and fiancee the household is 2. For Mom (according to what you've stated) the household will be 3 (mom, sis, fiancee). Income requirements are 2 - 18,387, 3 - 23,162

Mom will submit her own I-134 and include all needed documentation to support her income claim.
