hello there! my fiancee received the NOA2 and maybe it will take time to receive the packet 3 and 4.i want to prepare the documents and forms i needed.i've read that i have to fill up the DS156k,DS156,DS157 and DS 230 online.is that right? is there a link where i can download the official forms?

pls help me..thanks in advance

Just a quick note. There is NO packet 3 from Phils. You have to download the information from the EMB website. But you do not have to fill out all the forms. If you do the DS-160 (which is stated on the USEM website as the ONLY way to do it - electronically), that takes care of everything. Good luck and congrats.
