Filed: Timeline

1)DS 3032

2)AOS

3)DS 230 - Part 1 and Part 2

4)Documents

1)When do you get and send DS 3032? If only the beneficiary sends it is it ok or even the petitioner has to send it?

2)When do you send AOS? and what documents to send with the AOS (Affidavit of support) form other than the below.

Most recent 3 years tax returns( 2010, 2009, 2008)

Employment letter (should we wait until I130 is approved and NVC case number assigned before you take this from your employer because if you take it today and if your I130 gets approved 5 months later I think this document will become old and NVC might not consider it right)?

W2's copy for 2010, 2009, 2008

Pay stubs for last 6 months?

Bank statement (what kind of bank statement) & should we have to wait until I130 is approved and NVC case number is assigned and should it be most current statement? and how to get a bank statement?

3) When do you send DS 230 Part 1 and Part 2 and what all documents are required to be sent with DS 230.

4) When do you send in the documents (like original marriage certificate, beneficiary birth certificate, police certificate, passport copy etc to NVC). should you send these when you are sending DS 230 or AOS form or DS 3032?

for all the above steps should one has to wait for the NVC instructions and notices? please mention if I missed any NVC steps.

Use the guide at the top of the page for your specific filing...follow the guide...and you can't do anything until you receive the next approval...your noa2 approval saying it is moving the case to NVC so yes..you do have to wait until they send you letters telling you what to do next. Hope that helps and good luck!

Read through the guides in the following links. They will explain the NVC process. The key is to be proactive. Do not wait for NVC to mail you forms, once you receive your NOA2 call NVC and within a week or so you should have your case number and you will be on your way. Good luck!

please study the guides and NVC flowchart.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

---

if this is your question, "for all the above steps should one has to wait for the NVC instructions and notices? "

then I think you have not studied the guide, found LingChe's ShortCuts, or even found my online payment portal how to.

IMO, this is sad; you have a pattern of posting questions that are already covered in the GUIDES and the WIKI

but

something is keeping you from finding these Sections of VisaJourney.com

and instead -

you prefer to post these questions.

Wassup?

If you are not reading the guides, you are doing yerself a great dis-service, as hundreds and thousands of man-hours went into writing and editing the GUIDES; I truly think you've decided to never, ever, read them.

You can begin gathering all your evidence now and prepare all your forms aand update each one as necessary prior to sendding but you can't send anything else in or pay any fees until you get to the next step (whatever that step may be)...but you must use these guides its great information and it gives you examples of forms etc

Ya Know, I've watched all of your posts, all of your questions here on VisaJourney.com. To the best of my knowledge, I have to classify you as a 'mobile phone user',

as

you, apparently, aren't reading.

Why aren't you reading? Yer using a mobile phone for yer internet access, and mostly, the menus at the top of the page are not so viewable.

Can you, please, switch to a PC? A Personal Computer? Winders or MAC, any browser you want,

and then.... (wait for it...)

Click on the word 'Guides' up at the top.

Ya can't miss it, it's in the blue range, highlighted in White.

Once you get to 'Guides'

then read the entire page.

Find the Guide that applies to yer particular type of casefile.

If any ancillary links, like an NVC FLOWCHART, read those as well.

Don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader Installed on yer pooter?

wow - now is the best time to install it, as the FLOWCHART for NVC

Processing is in Reader format, and you have to download something.

then... as you have a moment to rest... when yer thinking.....

get a big piece of paper (11 x 17 inches is best)

then dig out a blue or green crayon (I like blue, btw)

and make a diagram of

where you are...........

what's next.............

what documents you must produce (emphasis on production here)

and then........

Find LingChe on the wiki... Come on - I dare ya to find it... Really.. Come On...

Once you've found it, dig out yer crayon again, and start making copious notes.

Then, as you've made these copious notes, get a clean sheet of paper,

and make the diagram again.

Then make 2 copies.

Send one to yer spouse, send the 2nd one to yer favourite Uncle.

Keep yer original in your satchel, as you'll review it daily.

Then, when you have a spare moment, O Raj,

Change your user profile to reflect which country yer spouse is really in;

Change yer TimeLine to reflect the country yer spouse is really in;

and then ... (again, wait for it............)

click on the 'portal page'

and you'll see a wealth of information, in the form of clickable links,

that pertain to yer particular Embassy.

Study the Embassy info, Study the Timelines for yer country (of Spouse),

mark yer calendar,

and...

go forth...

----

Should you fail to do any of this stuff...

then..

I have to think...

yer really in the wrong place, as

VisaJourney.com is a DIY Immigration web portal,

with an emphasis on 'Y' (YOU) and 'D' (Do)...

Doing it yerself is mondo fricking important,

and VJ has all the info you need.

It's up to you to find it, assimilate it, and act on it.

Read, Man, Read !!

Please?

Purty Please??

Purty Please with Mutton Curry on it???

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thank you Darnell--I was getting so frustrated with Raj that I was going to say the same thing, but without the grace and humor

I like to reach out to others if I can be of some help (if they really need help), but sometimes I think some people post on VJ just to mess with us. If RAJ is sincere, and is unable to understand the DIY process, then, perhaps he needs to obtain the services of an immigration attorney.
