I don't see anything like a mortgage or lease. You mentioned living with your father in law. Did you send anything from him stating this?

no i didnt what happened is after i got married i moved with my wife in her house and we were planning on selling the house and move so we never bothered to add my name to it and we just moved couple weeks with my father in law.

Go ahead and mail them whatever they asked for, again. And try to add any additional forms of evidence. Even junk mail will count as evidence.

It does not make sense that with so much evidence you sent to get an RFE. By the way does the RFE notifications gets updated on the Online status or does it only come in mail? We are out of town and can't check the mail every day, I am only checking my online updates..I think you will get the condition removed, this RFE is just a hurdle..

yea I wasn't expecting RFE. It's just really depends on the person who review your application. My status haven't changed online since I mailed the application still says "Initial Review". In some cases it will update to show that RFE has been sent but not in my case! So I wont count on checking status online only!

IMSE,

I've made a list of what I have submitted with my package.

We did have a few things missing that we did not submit like:

1. Joint Auto and Home ownership lease / mortgage / title.

2. Sworn Affidavits. (I didnt think it was necessary)

3. Birth Certificate of our child. (it took a long time for the county to get it to me)

So, I think just call to see if the RFE is valid. If it is, just wait for it and send them what they are asking for.

Here is a list of what I have sent with the packet.

Application fee - $465 (plus $80 biometric service fee) in a check of $545.00

• Form I-751

• Copy of Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551)

• Copy 2009 and 2008 US Federal and State Tax Return (Form 1040 and W2)

• Copy of bank verification letter from Bank of America

• Copy of joint membership and credit card accounts

• Copy of fixed annuity statements addressing my wife as beneficiary

• Copy of joint auto insurance policy

• Copy of joint utility bills (LADPW and Gas Company)

• Copy of Cord Blood Registry certificate

• Copy of hospital record with father and mother’s names

• Copy of baby’s first arrival certificate

• Copy of baby registry

• Copy of cell phone statements

• Copies of Christmas cards, invitations and church certificates

• Copies of ticket stubs from sports games and events

• Copies of trip itineraries

• Copies of photos
