Um.

Your petition wasn't approved by TSC.

It was either approved by California Service Center, or Vermont Service Center.

Check your case #. If it's WAC it's California, otherwise it's EAC it's Vermont.

Please update your timeline with the right service center.

Congrats, though!

Actually, Texas CS has approved a lot of petitions lately. See:

I mailed it to the Texas Service Center....

You mailed it to the Texas Lockbox.

From there, it was forwarded to either Vermont or California.

Your NOA1 should say which one.

If not, your case# tells you.

As I said: WAC = California, EAC = Vermont.

Actually, those are people who have not updated their timelines to show the correct service center.

Texas DOES NOT adjudicate I-129Fs. They are ONLY processed at California and Vermont at this time.

Texas DOES NOT adjudicate I-129Fs. They are ONLY processed at California and Vermont at this time.

So you're saying that all those cases that were transfered to TSC were just sent there for storage, not for processing? Makes sense.

The sarcasm is not helpful to anyone.

Please do some research before getting aggressive towards other posters who are trying to provide the correct information.

There are NO K-1 petitions being processed at Texas Service Center.

The K-1 I-129F petition is sent to the Texas Lockbox.

There, it is received, and forwarded to the correct service center (California, or Vermont).

There were some I-130 CR/IR-1 petitions forwarded to Texas, but NOT K-1 I-129Fs.

The people showing up on Igor's list are people who chose 'Texas Service Center' from the dropdown when setting up their timeline, and never updated with the correct information for their service center when they got their NOA1.
