Well... because it is around this time of the month (9th-11th) the visa bulletin is updated - it's early and most are happy. May is posted as "coming soon" and that can be there as the April bulletin was released.

Does that mean that the retrogession is over?

Hey JYousul Welcome to VisaJourney

It doesnt mean that retrogression is over it just means that they are able to gain some control over the visa numbers. If the number of visas become a high demand due to rapid/quick processing times then one can expect this to repeat - it's the process of immigration that we have to understand, accept and be patitent with.

F2A - 3 months forward movement! … Great!

Also Mexico F2A moved from Jan2006 to Jul2006 (6 months) which is pretty healthy! … besides PD´s are back to their historic more traditional waiting period of 4 years. So based on this 2 facts I will predict forward movement for next month … maybe 2 o 3 months … and then by July as we get closer to the end of fiscal year, they might try again the moving ahead like crazy strategy (chunks of 6 months each month)… depending on how well it worked out for them thist last time they tried it. I wish someone could give us some inside on how it worked out (for them I mean). Did they accomplish their goals?
