Hey everyone...

this is maybe a dumb question.... but I noticed I have to send many passport pictures for the AOS... and I was wondering.. I already have ones that I already used when I attended my interview for my visa .. do you think itd be okay if I use those instead of getting new ones? They are like 5 months old but I havent changed much since then hehehe... thanks

Hi Jen,

You got married 3 days after Audy and I. The Instructions for the I-485 says the photos must have been taken with 30 days of submitting your application.

See item 4. Photos, on Page 3 of the I-485 instructions. Same for I-765.

Good luck.
