Good Morning to All,

Got 2 Emails , just paid 88 dollars. Kind of feel happy by spending money...hahaha...

Quick Question :- The DS-3032 they attached for Beneficiary to sign is old , shows that it expires on 12/31/2006. I wonder why they would send an old one. SO the question is , forget that one , just send in the latest one , correct ?

I already have the latest ready to go, signed by my wife.

Yes I emailed them already but this is for the Hard Copy , I am sending them that as well. Sometimes emails dont get accepted so just want to make sure. What email account did you use ? ( Gmail , yahoo or something else )

Just talked to the most well mannered and sweet young lady at NVC......................................they need to mentor the USCIS Customer service Reps!!

Our expedite was approved by the Embassy last week and NVC sent everything on the 25th, Friday. Fvcking eh skippy!!! They could be home in a few weeks, definitely before the end of the month!!

i was approved on feb. 23, it will probably take 2 weeks to get a NVC #, right ?

Besides why would you want to send NOA2 copy when you are dealing with NVC already? If you didn't have NOA2, you wouldn't get to NVC.

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary and/or attorney of record will receive an Instruction Package regarding further processing of the petition.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

sent it again...hoping for the best. Maybe you really shouldnt email the DS-3032 until your case if processed further, didnt seem to help my case at all.

Payers who are unable to pay online must follow the alternate payment instructions. Go to the above website and click the Collection” link, then the “Alternative Payment Method” link, and follow the directions displayed.

Once the payment is received and processed, you will be given instructions on how to download the instruction packets and the appropriate forms on-line. The instruction packets and forms will not be sent to you by the NVC if your payment is made on-line. Still facing the SIF on the NVC site! I was able to login fine till yesterday, though none of the bills were invoiced!! Come on NVC, don't do this!!
