September 26th, 2011: AOS sent
September 30th, 2011: NOA1
October 6th, 2011: NOA1 hard copy
October 26th,2011: Biometrics
October 28th, 2011: case transferred to California for faster processing
December 5th, 2011: received EAD/AP card
February 22nd, 2012: Green card in production
February 27th, 2012: GREEN CARD in hand, yaaay!!!




November 10th, 2013: ROC

Just received my Noa2 approval email from Vermont, I was a late July filer. Keep the faith if you are still waiting it will happen for you. Thank you Visa Journey web site for empowering me to do this I129 process and I

beg forgiveness if posted in wrong section. One question though, is it ok for me to update my timeline now or should I wait for actual snail mail notification?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! go and update your timeline.....in my case...Vermont Service Center is fast!!!

Checked my USCIS online case status today and our children's IR2 NOA2 approvals were issued 1/25 (no email notification). Yes, Vermont is releasing many approvals this week. Congratulations to all that are getting approved and hope that those who are waiting will be approved soon!

10/25/10 I-130 mailed to Chicago lockbox
10/28/10 NOA1 receipt (& priority) date
10/29/10 Enotification received
11/1/10 Check cashed, NOA1 postmarked
11/5/10 NOA1 received, Case status online
1/25/11 NOA2 case status online (no email)
1/28/11 NOA2 hardcopy received in mail postmarked 1/27/11
1/28/11 NVC email with Kyla's IID & AOS bill
1/31/11 NVC email with Kevin's IID & AOS bill
2/5/11 Sent DS3032 email to NVC appointing father as agent
2/11/11 NVC sends email acceptance of DS3032 to mother
2/14/11 NVC sends father email IV bill
2/24/11 NVC sends mother notices in mail
2/7/12 Pay NVC $88 AOS fee online, shows PAID 2/8
2/9/12 Print out AOS cover sheet, emailed AOS package
2/11/12 Mailed AOS package

Congratulations. I am a late july filer myself. My timeline is as follows:

I129F sent - 7/23/2010

NOA1 - 7/28/2010

Touched - 10/3/2010

I am really waiting for my approval, hope it comes sooner.

01-17-2015 = N-400 packet sent (to P.O. Box Dallas via USPS Priority Mail)
01-21-2015 = N-400 packet delivered
01/25/2015 = E confirmation / Text received

01/26/2015 = Check cashed .

02/02/2015 = NOA1 received (Priority Date 01/21/2015)
02/09/2015 = Biometrics Letter received .

02/18/2015 = Biometrics

02/20/2015 = In line for interview

04/10/2015 = Interview Letter received .

05/11/2015 =Interview .

05/11/2015 = Passed Interview
07/01/2015 = Oath letter received
07/24/2015 = Oath Cerememony
