Usually people who are approved are arrogant and they literally hurt the unapproved filers.

Nice blanket statement there.

So do people get to call you arrogant once you get approved, too?

Once I am approved, you may call me anything you like. I'm here to win approval, not to win a popularity contest.

Only if he posts the drivel that the arrogant, "I got my NOA2 everything is fine now but lets forget I complained to high hell before then just like you" people do.

I know I'll be happy as hell when my wait is over, however, I won't go around posted that it's all roses and sunshine waiting and you should accept what you get, especially for a paid service.

Patience is a virtue yes, however, speedy service by the government (oxymoron) should be expected and not have to be demanded by citizens.

If they can't handle their workload due to other commitments, such as TPS or whatever they are doing, send the petitions that have crossed the 5 months mark to CSC, they are ahead and would be able to easily approve/RFE/deny them.

The problem however isn't the workers, it's the upper management, specifically VSC Director, USCIS director and DHS Secretary Napolitano and State Dept. Sec. Hillary Clintons fault for this mess.

I am moving this thread as the topic is not about discussing the case report updates during the K-1 visa process but rather more general in nature about the status of the USCIS

YMMV

Hey...if these so called moderators keep moving this thread, maybe we will move us around in circles just like they worked for VSC.

If you have an issue with what was done and why then it is best to take it up with Captain Ewok...

YMMV
