Start with filing I-130 petition with USCIS: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/

There are some good guides at the tab of the same name at the top. Your wife needs to fill out biographic data for herself and sign it. Either of you can do it for your child. Expect the process to take about a year. Prepare for Lagos to ask for DNA testing between you and daughter. You will be submitting rather fat packages for each of them. It includes forms and evidence to back things up. Proof of the relationship and the marriage. Ignore any reference to K2( form 129F) you see where ever you are researching as that is usually not processed anymore and is the path that requires adjustment of status in the US. Lagos is the worlds worse place to be processing a visa through. They frequently look for the smallest error as a means to deny the visa. So the Lagos mantra is prepare for the worst hope for the best.

Take it a step at a time, check and double check all of your information and paperwork before you send it in, and ask for help here if and when you need it. You'll get through it, even though sometimes it feels like you won't. Everyone here is going through the same waiting game....just know you aren't alone.

Children dont require G325a biographic data, just for yourself and your wife.
