Hello all!

I am about ready to send my packet for the I-129F but I had a question? I went online to the State Department webiste and it said that I am to send my packet to the Texas Service Center. I just got on VJ and was looking at the timelines for applicants and it shows that no one from Peru has completed this since 2007 using that service center and that others are sending theirs to the Vermont or the California center. Can I choose which to send it to or do I have to send it to the one they choose?

Thanks for the info!

If you are sending your packet by Fed-Ex, UPS or Courier, it goes to the Lewisville,Texas service center. If you are sending your packet by US Postal service then you send it to Dallas, Texas. The addresses are on the I-129F instructions on the last page. They will send it to the Service Center in the region you live after that.

No. California and Vermont are currently processing the I-129F. The lockbox in Dallas is the intake for all I-129F petitions - they're forwarded on from there.
