I did. We got our EAD and AP last weekend. Our AOS is at the CSC and we've had 4 touches in the last week and a half. Hoping for news soon. However, we got our Congressman involved, so that might have something to do with the speed of the EAD and AP (they were approved the next day).

Congrats!

Seems like a never ending wait for me...just curious, what do you mean by AOS touch? Is it updated on the USCIS website? IF yes, then where?

Thanks a lot! :)

When you create an account on the USCIS website, there is a column there called Last Updated. Every time the date changes, then it means your file has been "touched."

To create an account, go the USCIS home page and on the left hand column, click on Sign-Up for Updates

Follow the instructions for creating an account and enter your receipt number(s) for AOS, EAD and/or AP.

Hi! We also applied for AOS the first week of November too. Sebastian had his biometrics appointment in early December and just received his Advance Parole in the mail (Jan 7). They scheduled our AOS interview February 16. At this time we also received an RFE for his EAD (we signed on the preparer line by mistake. Don't know how I let that slide by darnit...), so we sent back the correctly signed document immediately. Don't think we'll hear anything on that prior to the interview though.

Hey! Another early November filer here.. Had my biometrics done on December 17th, but already received another biometrics appointment notice to come and have my fingerprints re-taken. Since the day I received NOA1 for AOS, EAD and AP, I have not had ANY touches on the USCIS site (hopefully that means somebody IS working on my case). Oh well, we just gotta be patient.

I also contacted the Congressman on Jan 12th, got approved Jan 13th and now waiting for my AP/EAD in mail. How long does it usually take to receive AP in mail?

Peter's EAD was approved on December 30th. It took a week for them to produce and mail the card. Our status switched to "Post Decision Activity" on January 6th and we received it on January 8th. This included having days off for New Year's, so you could get it slightly faster.
