12x14 envelope

My wife got some letters from NVC stating the she needed to bring a 12x14 envelope to the interview.

I'm helping her from the USA and I'm having a difficult time finding an envelope of such size.

Where did you find yours? I called staples and they don't carry in that size...

The closest thing she can get is a C3 envelope size, usually avail at the largest stationary shop in town or via a wholesaler.

DHL has this size, as well, if you don't care about the DHL logo all over it

When our embassy requested we bring a mailer to the interview (for K-1 in 2009) It was the largest size the post office had available as a "pre-paid" envelope. Does your SO's mailing service have that? it could be what they mean. Not sure tho, just an idea.

C3 size is the only ones I can find anywhere.

It's a fuckin' envelope! If they don't accept it..... words will be had.

If it is too hard to find that envelope, then better to make the envelope yourself. Just get the envelope type paper, and make it with your required size.
