Yes I realize that other people add there timelines all the time. I was just saying it was kinda werid that at the exact same time the number increased for approved application my name went down on the list. I am kinda a crazy checker, I am always looking at igors list.

A coincidence, I am sure. Igor can only make his best guess on the information he has. He does not get any better info than we get; he is just better than we are at organizing and presenting it.

His estimate of your approval date is based on assumptions he has no control or knowledge over, including that you will not be RFEd, that your I129f will be an average speed one, and that the service center will neither speed up nor slow down between now and then.

I make my own estimates as well, often close to his, but I am just an amateur at it. I took some statistics courses in college, but I am by no means any sort of expert on it.

Too many pessimists here.

Vermont shut down on K-1s for TPS, Work Visas that occur every fall. They in turn recieved a lot of K-1s during those 3 months. Now they are back to doing those as they are more than likely backed up on them.

I could care less if they were added on here between July and November. Fact is they approved more petitions on 2 week than they have in almost 4 weeks last year duing Oct-Dec.

I am neither a pessimist nor an optimist. I am a realist, making realistic assumptions based on what I see.

I want VSC to run at supersonic speeds as much as everyone else here does. The difference is that I will not assume they are doing it until I see evidence to support the assumption.

Who is the person behind Igor?

Don't know and don't care. All I know is that it is someone or some group who knows what he/she/they are doing and willing to do the work.

And maybe it is Al Qaeda. Is Osama wearing a burqa and trying to get in on a K-1?

I think your documents are under "extra" review for your stupid comment.
