I just wanted to say hi, My Fiance Earl and I filed our K-1 application on December 27th 2010. We received electronic notification of it's acceptance on Monday (4th Jan 2011) So we are now joining the wait.

We have been lurking here for a while, your posts helped us tremendously when putting together our application. So thank you :D

4-26-13------Eligible to file for ROC

6-17-13------Sent off I-751 Package

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

Good luck! :) The wait is painful, frustrating and seemingly never ending sometimes. But there's a light at the end of the tunnel and once you get there, it's all worth it!

Thanks guys, I really am relieved its begun. I'm going to try and use this comming few months in a positive way and stay as busy as possible, but it does get tough sometimes. Being in this situation. It's nice to be able to talk to people who understand :) Good luck to you too Ameribrit and Coconuts!

Hi Monique,

Yeah, we have been waiting for more than 5 months. My fiance last Monday made a call to USCIS. Standard answer; call us after some weeks. He also have called Senator office. Still in progress. Thank you for the pray. When there is nothing that we can do about something, seem no other way than enjoy it. I pray for your NOA2 comes soon as well. We will!!!!!!!!
