I'm in the same booat!! but CSC is faster than VCS so i think your probably get NOA2 soon

CSC hasn't been faster but my NOA1 was July 12 and NOA2 was Nov. 19th. Your due for it. You check Igors list and see where the other July 28 filers are at?

November 2009- Met online

May 13,2010- Visited in Cebu, Philippines

July 01, 2010 I-129f mailed to Cali

July 06,2010- USCIS confirmed delivery

July 12,2010- NOA-1

July 21,2010- file touched

Nov. 19,2010- NOA2 Approved!!!!

Nov. 24, 2010- NVC received

Nov. 30,2010- Hardcopy recieved in mail

Nov. 30, 2010-case number received from NVC via phone

case forwarded to Manilla

Dec. 06, 2010- paid Visa fee at BPI

Dec. 07,2010-Embassy recieved

Dec. 28, 2010- Appt. finally scheduled

Jan. 11,2011- Medical exam

Jan. 18,2011- Interview APPROVED!!!

Jan. 19,2011- Visa printed

Jan. 22, 2011- Visa delivered

Jan. 30, 2011- Guam

It is that time again.. 5 months and NOTHING yet. My NOA1 is July 28 and I have been noticing that August filers have been getting their NOA2.. but nothing for the late July filers?? Any thoughts??? :wacko:

We just got ours in the mail.I am still shaking!! Your date is very close to ours so you should have it any day now!!!

I sure hope so!! I am trying to be patient.. but I set my hopes to high and expected something earlier. Maybe something will come in this week :innocent:

We are July 21 fillers and we got our NOA2 on December18. Do not worry you will get it soon.Did you call them already?İf not then call and just ask what is going on.But I am sue soon you will get it.Just keep faith. :thumbs:

My NOA1 is dated on 7/29 and i contacted sentors office yesterday and just got a call from them confirming recipt of my request and informing me that they will forward my request to congressional mailbox with a letter from them.

There are still quite a few July filers that don't have an NOA2 yet, some of them earlier than me (my NOA1 is July 17). Check the July 2010 VSC forum (below), and you'll see a lot of others like yourself. I'm waiting to hear back from the VSC on January 6. USCIS put in a request for the status, and I was told that an officer is looking at it now and should have some info next week.

NOA 1 was recieved on July 30th 2010 and havent heard a word since... Cant wait to call into uscis on the 30th ( 5 month mark) and hear what ever canned scripted response they give me. Just funny I paid $455.00 to sit in line and wait for 5 + months gotta love how the good ole USA does its tax paying citizens Dept of homeland security has my live on hold for as long as they want ..gotta love that

Call and ask for a "higher level of customer service". You will get an answer that way, but you may not like the answer. That's how I found out about my RFE, which I still have yet to receive the hard copy...

I-751 Removal of Conditions sent - 9/7/13

hi were july filer too w/ NOA1 dated July13th, we called VSC a couple of times & today my fiance got escalated to a higher person, well atleast according to them & said as per the system they will communicate with him on or before Jan 12. ***sigh** were on our 6months mark by then...so disappointing :bonk::blink:
