If I'm a non-US citizen married to my wife ( a USA citizen), filling form I-765 how do I answer question number 16? I came with a B1/B2 visa.

I'm only trying to help a friend out.

can he file the I-130, I-485, and I-765, and mail them all together?

The code is C 9.

Yes, he files them all together and sends them to the appropriate Chicago Lockbox for concurrent I-130/I-485 applications. There are a few other forms too... the VJ guide is here:
