Hello,

my wife and I are filling out the I-130 form and are not sure what to put in question number 14.

I have my current I-94 and it's expiration date.

Nevertheless this was not my first I-94 as I have been living in teh US since 2006 and traveled mutliple times to Europe (and got a new I-94 each time).

Also did I live in the US as a student back in 1995.

Last but not least did I come to the US first time ever as a tourist in 1993.

So should the date arrived be matching to the current I-94 (which was an extension of an exisitng I-94) or

a guess on when I came to the US as a student or

when I first ever came to the US?

Depending on the above what should we put in as what I came to the US?

Thanks

Tim

04/2006 - came to US as L1 employee

04/2010 - got married

11/2010 - submitted AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765)

05/2011 - Welcome letter arrived in the mail

11/2017 - Filed for naturalization (Online Houston office)

11/2017 - Biometrics

06/2018 - Interview (passed)

06/2018 - Case approved notification

You have posted in the K3 forum, are you currently in the US on a K3 visa?

What visa did you last arrive in the US on.

You use the I-94 you have right now... the one from your most recent entry. (It says current... not first... gotta read carefully ;)) And Vanessa will move this post to the appropriate forum.
