i need help ,i am adjusting my status (AOS }based on k1,but i submitted my application to the wrong center ,phoenix instead of chicargo lockbox,i mailed out the application 1st november 2010 and they recieved it in 2nd in phoenix ,till now i had nothing check as not been cash.

i have call uscis several time they asked me to wait for abour 30 to 45 days ,either the form will return of send to the rightfull center

i am realy worried ,i need an urgent help if there is anyone there that can help or has pass through same stress.

As you were told by USCIS, your packet will either be sent to the correct office, or it will be returned to sender. Sometimes it just disappears altogether. If I were you I would prepare another packet and send it to the correct office this time. Cancel the previous check and thn when (and if) that parcel gets where it's supposed to be it will be returned to you because the check is cancelled. The NEW packet though will at least start processing in 2 weeks from when you send it. It's been a while. I would send a new packet.

hey there spenceluv... :) im so sorry to hear your story... but it should be fine, for as long as they told you to wait for 30-45days.. sounds ridiculous though.. i wouldn't be at any ease as well if same thing has happened to me.. but, just to be sure, re-gather your documents just in case they lose it.. until then, we can just wait for it.. look on the bright side, hopefully they will send it to the right office. just hang on there, everything should be fine.. :)

11.12.10 == (Day 10) All three NOA1 received in Mail

11.15.10 == (Day 13) Case touched

12.01.10 == (Day 29) EAD and AP Case touched AGAIN!!!

12.17.10 == (Day 45) Received ASC Appointment dated 12.13.10 scheduled on 01.10.11

12.18.10 == (Day 46) Received Transfer Notice to California Service Center dated 12.13.10

01.06.11 == (Day 65) AOS Case TOUCHED

01.10.11 == (Day 69) Biometrics Appointment

01.11.11 == (Day 70) AOS Case TOUCHED

01.11.11 == (Day 70) AP APPROVED!!

01.14.11 == (Day 73) EAD APPROVED!!!

01.18.11 == (Day 77) AP received in Mail

01.28.11 == (Day 87) AOS APPROVED!!!
