Looks like I'm getting hit the wrong way on both ends. It appears I had to pay the higher of the fees for the I129F and since the AOS fees are going UP, I get to pay the higher of that one too. Gotta love it.

Alla has been here for two years. Her tuition for her masters degree for this semester was $8000. Our son was $3700. You are worried about AOS fees? I paid for 3 people...oh I REALLY got screwed! Get a grip. This is a lifelong committment to a family, it is expensive. How does it cost? ALL of it! They will consume ALL the money you will ever earn in your entire life. Deal with it. That;s why you earn the money to begin with...for your family. Pay it and be happy you can! Make it the most pleasurable thing you can do to write a check for tuition and you will always be happy. Go around griping about every little expense (AOS barely makes a decent brake job and the petition fees won't buy a set of tires for her car...oh yeah...then there is the car!)

Your electric bills are going to double, your food bill is going to double, your car insurance is going to triple when she leans to drive, you have to replace all the stuff she leaves behind, your health insurance is going to quadruple maybe more...the fees are not even a deposit on the expenses.
