Only a USC or LPR can be a sponsor. Is your wife a USC or LPR? Is the the one petitioning her children to come to the US? Or is it you. What visa are the children arriving on?

I think you would have to be main sponsor seeing as you are the one with an income, seeing as the I-864 is basically contract just stating that the persons coming to live in the US will not be a burden to the government and that you take full responsibility for them for so many years. Just remember to fill out one per person and get your previous years income tax returns from the IRS, they will fax it to you in a matter of minutes. Good luck and hope everything works out good for you.

If the kids are K2's then you are the primary sponsor. You fill out the I-864.
