No it does not -- it's also a known fact that the CSC is staffed by slow-moving elderly people who need magnifying glasses to read the petitions. They enter information using computers powered by mice and hampsters running in wheels. All true -- I went to see it for for myself one day.

CSC = Convalescent Services Center. Processing petitions is daily activity time, afterwards a nap.

This whole process really burns my a**! We should be through this ####### by now..and then I see people complaining cause they have had to wait since may or june. My fiance and I have decided if this is not done by January..then we are going to cancel and then try to have him come to Canada...cause I really cant take much more..we have already been apart to long....sorry I just felt like I needed to rant..thanks for reading....

I am having similar thoughts. If nothing happens by the end of this year, I'm serioulsy considering canceling my I-129F, marry my fiancee and try for I-130. Don't know if that's any faster in processing aside from starting over again but this is ridiculous...the way i see it, if things were the way they were last year, all of us Marchies would be at our interview dates by now instead of waiting on CIS's time for NOA2s. Our beneficiaries dont' deserve any of this unnecessary BS from CIS, to say it mildly.

Oh but you're not the only one! Drinking every night, smoking, popping ambien to sleep. My back has been killing me and the other night I found a bottle of vicodin from when I had some dental work done. My sheer excitement over that discovery says it all . . . and even tho' you're not supposed to drink when you take it, I washed it down with a beer . . . Nice, huh?

you are right. its fukn out of mind how the heck do they process the case. whats the criatria. who they are answerable to. i can imagine that case was approved in 10 days and the case is already in manila. is there anyone in the NEW WORLD to check why uscis is playing with the people's lives. is suppreme court is bz in debating over gay/lesbs rights?

dont mind and no offense. do you think that people in USCIS may favor regarding race and country? lets say if a case goes to a philipino then he/she might favor that case over other nationality? if the case goes to a white guy then he might favor a white and black to black, asian to asian? is there a chance like that?
