Expedition response...is it approved?

The notification states the status of your request: This means this is the answer to your request.

The case is currently being adjudicated: This means they are working on it now.

You will be notified of action: This is the NOA2 approval or denial.

You may want to call USCIS for confirmation but I think it has been accepted.

A notice of action could be any action. Adjudicated simply means consideration is being given.

Yea..but if they denied it , they would simply say..your expedition request is denied..but they wouldn't say it NOW being adjudicated .

Beautiful patience.

Adjudication in USCIS terms: "Occurs when a USCIS officer makes a decision as the whether to grant or deny an application."

But I wish you good luck soon!

They haven't yet made a decision as to whether or not to approve the expedite request. The END of adjudication of a petition is approval or denial. The end of adjudicating an expedite request is indicated in a "Notice of Action". The current response indicates NOTHING about their decision on the expedite.

so why didn't they simply respond to it ?,,,why did they talk about something else?..i made inquiry about expedite..so that response has to be about the the expedition either yes or no...so we should figure out what is the meaning of their response...if they have said ohhhh no or any denial response then we would say ohhh..they didn't accept it...but they said that they are working on it...so i figured out that they accepted it.

ii beg to differ there. from our own experiences with our case we received same and similar correspondence. if you havent had a letter in the mail yet denying your request, i still think its on course for an approval. my thoughts are the expedite was granted and now they are adjudicating an approval or denial of the petition. it could be a week maybe two before you have material confirmation.

I've given my opinion on the meaning of the response. When they "approve" something that word appears in their response. They also responded to you filing the petition as well but that doesn't mean they approved it.

You can certainly hope you are right. You'll know soon enough.
