thanks pples for helps now i know that i need to do k3 , you know that my husband live in morocco and we are marrd 2 yrs go.

my ask is :

how long it will take this k3 from time then i full it to my husband intrvw?

i ask this because i miss my men hmhmhm

Your best path is not K3.

You need to file IR1 for him. It can take around 8 months to a year. When he reaches the U.S, he will get Green Card.

Read and follow this guideline - http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

The K3 is dead, plus as you are married 2 years, the IR-1 is far superior, he'll get a ten year greencard upon entry. In theory, it shouldtake6-8 months, but Muslim men often get stuck in AP (security checks) after the interview.

I also noticed that in past threads, you said you haven't seen your husband in 2 years, which will be a problem as you have to have physically been with your husband in the past 2 years in order to file.

No you don't. The physical meeting requirement is for the K1 (fiancee) visa only.

Abdoulen,

Do you speak Tagalog? You might want to talk to some people from the Philipines here on VisaJourney, who can speak to you in your own language: http://www.visajourn...try=Philippines .
