Congratulations to all on their NOA2's!!!

We are on day 145, so I'm not going to start whining yet (publicly anyway). We are really hoping to hear soon though. I figure it will be a month for a the medical, a month for the interview and another month of work for my fiance before he comes over. I am hoping to visit him in July for his sister's wedding. It would be nice to be able to bring him home with me at that point in time. And we are really hoping for a 9/10/11 wedding date. Besides being a cool date, it will be exactly a year from the very first time we saw eachother in person. Seems a very fitting day!

Good luck everyone and hang in there!

Thanks everybody! Good things do come to those who wait (and whine a bunch).

Once we hit our 150 days, my fiance contacted his congresswoman and senator. He heard back from the congresswoman's office, but no response from senator up to now.

The CW office told him she would contact USCIS on his behalf and it could take up to 10 days, but we have since got the NOA2 so who cares.

It seems now that everything is happening in fast motion... Aussies are allowed to complete the police cert and medical in advance so I already have that sorted! Super excited and nervous about what is to come.

Just want to extend our well wishes to all other couples waiting for NOA2 - if people give you sh!t about whining, please whine to me - I will listen. It is such an awful ordeal and one I will not be forgetting any time soon. VJ has been such a great source of information that has saved us time and money so thanks to you lot for that too :)

Congrats on NOA2!

I have contacted my senator's office today. Luckily I made a contact there early in the process and he told me to go ahead and email him once we have passed the 5-month mark. Hopefully a service request by him will get the ball rolling.

We got ours at 166 days! It's so hard seeing people approved before you, but we are SO SUPER fortunate that CSC is moving. My heart really goes out to those who have petitions at VSC.

Use the time to get packet 3 ready! It's only been a couple of days since we got NOA2 but I feel the stress of what's to come already haha.
