Sorry, nab. I can feel a little bit of what you are trying to communicate, but it does just not win us over or resonate with truth. I know that I am an "old man" of 46 years, and my motto has been, "Just obey the law", and I have never been arrested or interrogated.

So the paranoid ideologies of which you reference just don't cut it. Why not let the FBI put GPS tracker units under the bad guys cars. And if by chance they put one under YOUR car, what do YOU really have to worry about...Really? I bet the agents would fall off to sleep monitoring your toyota for 30 days!:blink::bonk:

just because it's over your head doesnt mean it's not a valid arguement for law enforcement to obey the law. simple.

you really DO believe that our 'justice system is just' ... i can see that in your posts.

stating AGAIN (for those who cant comprehend) FBI CAN/ARE ALLOWED to "put GPS units under the bad guys cars" ... these FBI agents didnt follow the law, and could you show me again where this guy is "a bad guy". keep in mind that being brown skin or from a middle eastern country doesnt make soemone a criminal. if we're going to work on ASSumptions, does that make you a klansman?

and JFTR, my FORD CREW CAB would walk all over your POS hyundai

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

You guys are keeping my email alerts ringing, and I must now retire for the evening. I will just say this. ANYTIME a nazi reference is introduced into an argument, well, you have ALREADY lost it. I don't care if the FBI is monitoring my movements by GPS because, I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. I Gladly approve of the "good guys" monitoring what the "bad guys" are doing via GPS. Anyone disagreeing is paranoid, delusional or just a weirdo! Which one are YOU!

Peace, out!

maybe all three

havent you ever heard :D just because you're paranoid, doesnt mean they're not out to get you :D

and hey, i like being a weirdo :jest: it's what makes me 'the fun aunt'

delusional... yes, possibly i am that as well, becasue i have this irrational habit of believing people will see the light eventually but it doesnt happen. once that mind is slammed shut it's like a bear trap trying to get it open again. some people are successful, but it usually takes soemone close to them (or themselves) going through hell with 'the system' before they wake up.

ok, well, night night :innocent:

dont forget to take your Geritol, you've taken quite a beating tonight and you'll want to keep your energy up...

Anyone who doesn't think the Feds should abide by the Constitution (US Laws) is anti American. Commies and NAZI's isn't the American way.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

So do you agree with Obama care that has raised health care premiums 47% for many just in anticipation of it?

I will repeat again, if you missed it: IF YOU OBEY THE LAW, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR FROM ANY GPS MONITORING.

I am an American, born and raised. I believe in democracy, not some commie ####### that would have us no better than North Korea or Cuba for instance. The Constitution of the USA is not to be tread upon by anyone, that includes the president, congress, and any other fed. Treading on the laws of the USA is for anti American commies who should be deported ASAP!

If anyone including the FBI is going to spit on the Constitution of this country, then I say deport their commies arses to some third world commie dictatorship ####### hole where they belong. This is the USA, not North Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, Belarus or some other commie run dictatorship.

Putting those GPS locators on anything without getting a proper warrant to do so is nothing more than third world commie ####### IMO. We are either law abiding Americans, or we are like those law breaking commie FBI folks who broke the law and spit on the Constitution of the United States of America.

Your not one of those commies who spit on our Constitution are ya Hop ?

I would think a search warrant would be a reasonable step to take before a tracking device is placed on a private vehicle.

My Jeep Rubicon has a GPS tracker bundled w/it's Silencer Alarm System. This past Spring, I had a Ravelco Antitheft (expensive kill-switch) installed in concert with the Silencer system. Nothing like 2 barriers of theft protection even if it means I could be tracked to/from work the 1 day per week that I drive the Rubicon to the job. :help:

yet - that is a choice you intentionally made. in the op story, the subject didn't make any choice.

If I were somehow in fear of the GPS tracking unit that I paid to have installed upon purchase of my Rubicon, I would pull the negative battery terminal, and have a field day with the GPS transponder. :bonk:

There's nothing illegal about searching your vehicle every time you drive it. If you don't know what's on/under your vehicle, that's your fault.

You can park somewhere that limits access to your vehicle if you're concerned about someone attaching something to it. You can also park it somewhere under observation. If you don't do either... it's in public..

It's a sad day when American's have to start searching their vehicle for government installed "bugs" every time they go to drive it. Next thing you know we will be checking out our phones, house, etc... for government installed "bugs".

What has happened to this country ? It's like we are turning into some kind of Fascist state from a George Orwell novel.

coming soon - a law making it illegal to remove a gps installed on your vehicle as that's hindering an investigation.
