I apologize if if posted this question in the wrong section, feel free to move it if im indeed incorrect.

My wife moved to the United State, (Miami , Florida to be exact) from Costa Rica, and we are presently waiting for her green card to arrive, my question is the following she graduated from a University with her Bachelors degree (roughly 90 credit) her degree was for Business Administration with emphasis on accounting and financing, what are the step i would need in order to transfer her credits from Costa Rica over here???

A bachelor's in the US requires at least 120 units, 60 of which have to be higher division. Your wife needs to have her "Bachelor's" evaluated. There are quite a few organizations in the US that do that. Here's one of many:

I would concur that WES are a reputable company. Many of the NACES companies should be ok. www.naces.org

However, always check with the school you want to attend to see what they accept.

My school accepts any NACES evaluation. A dcoument by document evalation is cheaper but will only state its US equivalency. If you want to enter a Masters program this may be sufficient. If it does not equate to a full US bachelors degree you may need to complete some more undergraduate credits first. This will vary school by school. If you need to to transfer credits then the full course by course evaluation might be needed.
