Yes, had a denial, with chance to file a waiver. Sorry, Im not in the best of minds to post loads right now, my wife and I are devastated. I filed the waiver straight away - the whole experience was not a pleasant one at all, and I'll return to explain why at some point, just not right now as its a very deep wound and I dont want to compromise anything or say anything that may have an advers effect on our case. but thanks to those who wished me well, and congrats to those that got approved.

Hi everyone, I am new to VJ forums however have been reading this forum since reaching NVC back in October. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for keeping me sane through this time. Knowing that others are going through exactly the same helps me carry on. Pretty bugged today as I sent in my originals a bit later than my IV package and they haven't been added to the system yet which has resulted in an RFE - just holding on waiting for the NVC to open so I can call and find out what is going on! Congrats to everyone getting CC's at the mo!! Hoping mine will come in the next 2 weeks!

First of all, Your wife will get approved by mercy of Almighty God. God is always with those people whose help others. I wish & pray that your wife's interview will be piece of cake.

As you know that, I already received the checklist email.but this morning also AVRS played same message...documents missing checklist letter send.. I hope its not true since checklist letter is not specify which documents was missing except submission of DS-230, I-864 & Fees in the email.

I will give a call to NVC, lets see what exactly they said about checklist #######.

I got same email checklist letter like you had on 11/24, which asking me to submit DS-230. I saw your timeline after 2 days later you got SIF. One thing is that, operator couldn't tell me either AOS has been review yet or not. So confused.

Noooooo 24 mins on hold (I was being lulled into a trance with the music and the NVC man and woman telling me I am important to them) and then the phone just cuts out (well Skype). I didn't press anything - I meant nothing to them, did I? :crying::crying:

I haven't called the operator before only the AVRS but today I want answers! How long are you usually on hold for with them before someone drags themselves from prone position/face in sandwich/filing nails to pick up the phone?
