What is the biographic data page of the beneficiary passport?

My husband got Vietnam Passport already.

All the stuff I got copies and translate staple together. Dont have original, is that still ok?

That's the main page of the passport. The page that has his picture, name, date of birth, height, hair color, eye color, passport number, etc. You don't need to send your original passport.

Your civil documents like police certificate, marriage certificate, etc has to be original or certified copies. I don't know it is for Vietnamese. Perhaps a Vietnamese person can step up and answer. For Dhaka embassy, I needed to send original or certified copies. I sent originals. Hopefully, they won't lose it. I kept high quality color copies.

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

The most logical thing you can do: Send in your IV package and scurry to get your AOS package done ASAP. Send your IV package. Why are you hanging on to it and adding time to your timeline?

Yes you right. I got my IV is ready but not AOS because I have to wait from sponsor. I dont know why it takes him do so long. I send him email attact with I864 2 weeks ago. But got nothing back from him yet. Once Im done this, I promise to myself to take long vacation upto 2 months. I dont care none.

DS-230 package has been overnighted, minus the civil documents which they already have from the first package. *fingers crossed* for everything to go smoothly.

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

Congrats to those who received SIF's today and yesterday!!! :thumbs: :thumbs:

I think I just got off the phone with a new person at the NVC.

Me: "I was wondering if my DS230 package has been entered into the system yet."

Him: "Let me see. We received...umm...let me see...umm...we received a package on November 18th. Let me see..ummm...(then he fed me the line of please wait 20 days for review."

He also called my husband a girl. Which would be different if his name wasn't clearly a guy's name...

*~Cr1 Journey~* CSC

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)
