10/13/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: AOS package mailed out

10/16/2010: ds3032 accepted

10/17/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404)...online payment..-in process

10/18/2010: I-864 AOS package delivery

10/21/2010: I-864 AOS package completion

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID',

Or call 1-800-829-1040. Follow the menu. Don't even have to talk to a person. Transcripts will arive in about 8 or so days.

1-800-829-1040 & you will get it within 2 weeks. If you are near a fax, you can have them fax it to you while you are on the phone with them.

If you are near an IRS office, walk in & request it - you will get it on the spot.

07-22-2010: I-130 Package Received - Priority Date.

07-29-2010: Received text & email from USCIS - Notice Date.

Oh yeah! Local tax office can give you, your IRS trascripts on the spot. Just make sure you take your driver licence or some sort of id paper with you.

Guys, My AOS and IV are not in to the system. Console me. Give me hope. It better be in the system this week. Or else, I'm going to be very sad. :(

Okay Calm down Indigo or it back to the Carpet removal Gulag for you... :rofl: haha hows that. Seems they are taking a little longer than before but you should have good news this week would be my guess. Unless you complicated your package to the point that they need a tiger team to break it down and analyse it. Hang in there. January will be you interview month I think but you might get lucky who really knows. :thumbs:

As I told you I also sent my AOS and IV packet around same time as yours and it's not in their system yet. AOS should have been enterered by now, yeah it's been 13 days. BTW what does your AVR speaks for your case? Mine goes like "NVC has received Immigrant Visa fee bill on Oct 30 and wait for instructions to receive blah blah blah......"

I wonder why they take so long to enter AOS where as IV gets entered faster. grrrrr.......headbonk.gif

The installer came yesterday and put in new carpet. It's all done. I didn't come to work yesterday. So I finished up putting the bed together and rearranging the furniture. Insteading of putting the sofas along the wall, I sort of angled them away from the wall. Created a little niche area with three sofa. Looks pretty cool and I've never seen sofas arrange this way. Maybe I'll snap a picture tonight for everyone. I did sleep on my bed.

If IV and AOS gets entered into the system this week, I'd feel pretty confident about a December interview. So I'm praying and hoping.

NVC AVRS says a packet of info was generated on Nov 1st and it will be mailed to me. But they already emailed me the DS230 email on Nov 1st. That's what the packet is. I called and verified. So this message is inapplicable to me since I already send IV package 6 days ago.

Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! All having any interest in my immigration process are admonished to draw near. AVRS is now asking for bio page from laywer. I'm freaking eccstatic. That means my AOS has been entered into the sytem. I think. i'll call again now and ask for a human being. Stay tuned.

BTW, do you think if our cases completes by the mid of Nov, do we have chance of Dec. interview? I heard NVC only schedules interview for next month during first two weeks of current month. How true is that?

Lady_bug, these NVC people and their AVR is really crazy. I think they issued RFE first and when they found your missing document somewhere in their junk they again fixed the AVR. Just guessing ! But I suggest you to speak with live operator.

Lady_bug, these NVC people and their AVR is really crazy. I think they issued RFE first and when they found your missing document somewhere in their junk they again fixed the AVR. Just guessing ! But I suggest you to speak with live operator.

they are ABSOLUTELY CRAZY...im waiting for the checklist letter even if the AVR said they recieved the checklist letter response (LOLZ)...but for now my hubby will get a copy of his IRS tax transcript of 2009...wth...i will call them tomorrow..let's see what will be the updates tomorrow... :devil::devil::devil::wow::o

11/02/2010: NVC recieved my NBI and enter to their system/ operator said allow 2-4 weeks for the review

11/05/2010: RFE- AOS 2009 IRS tax...missing...(even if we included d 2007,2008,2009 irs tax) careless NVC,

11/13/2010: ds230 accepted no RFE..tnx GOD..

11/14/2010: checklist letter recieved

11/15/2010: RFE sent to NVC

11/16/2010: NVC recieved our RFE

11/30/2010: RFE enter to their system

12/02/2010: SIF

12/03/2010: case complete

12/07/2010: MEDICAL @ st.lukes PASSED!!!!

01/06/2010: interview date 6;30 am

01/12/2010: VISA ON HAND...

01/19/2010: flight POE ( DETROIT )

What stage am I at if is says "nvc received documents on Nov 1st blah blah Plz allow 6-8 weeks for a response " any ideas???

10/04/2010: Case# received, Both email id provided

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

12/09/2010: NVC Forwards Case to Consulate

CONSULATE

11/22/2010: Passport Office PCC to be in hand

12/22/2010: Medical Completed

12/28/2011: VFS Office Visit - Submit all required documents

01/10/2011: Interview Date - APPROVED

j1/11/2011: Passport arrived at home.

01/25/2011: Wife Comes to USA (POE: Newark, NJ)
