excellent !

How do you feel?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I would be WELL prepared for your interview if it's for ROC. Most people aren't required to have interviews if they send in enough evidence they have a bonafide marriage.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

While most filers don't receive interviews I have also read that there a number of randomly chosen filers that are called for interviews regardless of evidence submitted. More of a quality control issue for USCIS than a reflection on the evidence provided.

Any evidence to support this theory??

Or are you just randomly throwing YOUR opinions around?

I had to go through that And I remember wondering why me? I had seen other people write," I only sent a picture of us and a xmas card and thye had approvals".

Most pple say you have nothing to worry about if your marriage is bonafide but truth is you never get used to having immigration in your life. More so after 3 years of marrige you have more detail to try to remember and you dont know if you will get the one psycho IO who will ask you "what did you have for dessert on labour day in 2008?"

Advice is prepeare for the worst and hope for the best. I prepared exactly like I did for my first interview. go to www.***removed*** they have some question there you can use to jog your memory.

I prepared like crazy and the interview was a breeze, but then again I was 7 mos pregnant and looking it maybe she felt sorry for us..

Good luck...let me know if I can be of any help

BTW which office will your interview be?
