This is so exciting!! :dance::dance: I have my passport with the visa stamped on it!! :lol::dance::yes: My interview was last Wednesday, and I received my passport on Friday. The interview was very short and simple. In fact the consul only looked at our documents, and just asked me one simple question, related to the number of travels I’ve done to US during 2002. I answered it and he said he had everything he needed, and that I should come back on Friday to pick up the sealed envelope and my passport and wished me good luck. :thumbs: And that was all of it, the whole process did not take more than 3 minutes.

One thing that I think it’s important to highlight is that they are really very strict related to the photography that is needed. If your ears are not showing completely they will ask you to take another. This happened to me! Although it’s a simple matter of going to the other side of the street and take another picture the process adds a bit of stress to the moment. The documents order is just the same that have been posted here before.

Thank you all vj members who posted your experiences here, it really helped a lot! :thumbs:

I'm happy too!!! Going through this process isn't easy... it took us 175 days to the interview, revising every document several times and just before the interview call Simonne had to run for new photos. My best decision here was when I signed up for us to become members. We paid for services at first, but when we became members we've found more information here than received from paid services and to the level we can understand. We read everything we could, posted some questions looking for answers and that helped us a lot. Thanks VJ and all members for sharing your experiences...

Carlos. :thumbs::D
